We’re closed on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES

  • Standard Shipping
    Orders may take up to 2 full business days to be processed, picked and packed before the product is shipped (orders usually ship same or next day). Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. Orders ship via United States Postal Service 2-3 Day Priority Mail (default carrier), FedEx Ground*, FedEx Home Delivery*, FedEx Next Day*, and UPS Ground*.* –  Optional & Addition Charge.

 

  • Shipping Outside of the Continental US
    Orders traveling to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Virgin Island will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail and additional fee(s) may apply.

 

  • Free Shipping
    For a limited time, we are celebrating the launch of our rebranding and offering free shipping across the board!

    Normally orders over $350 shipped within the Continental United States are free and are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. This policy is subject to change.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.  Please contact [email protected] or support link click here to arrange for the return of the product. Please list your order number and information including your invoice number and a small description of the issues. Once your return request is reviewed, we will issue the return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) as well as CALL TAG from us to send the defective items back.  RMA# must be written at the top of the return package so that our agents can identify your return easily along with the return address. If an RMA# does not appear at the return package, the return process may take longer than usual. The regular return process can take up to 1 – 3 weeks after the returned product is received.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Currently, we do not accept exchanges for any products.
