ORDER PROCESSING

We’re closed on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES

Standard Shipping

Orders may take up to 2 full business days to be processed, picked and packed before the product is shipped (orders usually ship same or next day). Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. Orders ship via United States Postal Service 2-3 Day Priority Mail.

 

Shipping Outside of the Continental US

Orders traveling to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Standard mail rates apply for all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

 

Free Shipping

Orders over $350 shipped within the Continental United States are free and are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. This policy is subject to change.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

International customers, please email support for orders outside the US. If you would like to get a quote, please send the request to support(at)Innovativecbd.com or click here. One of our agents will get back to you promptly.

 

RETURN POLICY

We only accept returns for defective, mislabeled and/or damaged products. Please contact support(at)InnovativeCBD.com or support link [click here] to arrange for the return of the product within 15 days of order date. Please list your order number and information including your invoice number and a small description of the damage. Then furnish a picture of the damaged item and put “Return Request” in the subject line of your email. Once your return request is reviewed, we will issue the return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) as well as CALL TAG from us to send the defective items back. RMA# must be written at the top of the return package so that our agents can identify your return easily along with the return address. If an RMA# does not appear at the return package, the return process may take longer than usual. The regular return process can take up to 1 – 3 weeks after returned product is received. Shipping is free only for the damaged or defective product.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Currently, we do not accept exchanges for any products.

 

CHANGES TO SHIPPING POLICY

We reserve the right to change any and all policies related to shipping, returns, and exchanges without notice.
