ORDER PROCESSING

InnovativeCBD.com is closed on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES
Standard Shipping

Orders may take up to 3 full business days to be processed, picked and packed before the product is shipped. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.  Orders ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

Shipping Outside of the Continental US

Orders traveling to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Standard mail rates apply for all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

Free Shipping

Orders shipped within the Continental United States are presently shipped free of charge to the consumer via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. This policy is subject to change.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

InnovativeCBD.com does presently not ship to international addresses.

RETURN POLICY

InnovativeCBD.com only accepts returns of spoiled products.  Consumer must contact InnovativeCBD.com at [email] to arrange for return of product within 15 days of order.  In said email, consumer must describe the damage to the product.  The consumer must include all order information, including the order number.  The consumer must include “returns” in the subject line of the email.  Consumer must pay for return shipping.

EXCHANGE POLICY

InnovativeCBD.com does not accept exchanges for any products.

InnovativeCBD.com reserves the right to change any and all policies related to shipping, returns, and exchanges without notice.
